Typical Responsibilities
Maintain project budgets, commitments, forecasts, and change records.
Track progress against approved plans and explain significant variances.
Reconcile information from engineering, procurement, construction, and accounting teams.
Monitor emerging cost exposure and support corrective-action planning.
Prepare clear reports for project managers and executive stakeholders.
Maintain organized, traceable records supporting project decisions.
Relevant Experience
Candidates should bring experience in project controls, project accounting, or cost management within engineering or construction. Strong analytical skills, spreadsheet proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to question inconsistent information are important.
Experience supporting semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, infrastructure, or other complex capital projects is relevant.
