Typical Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily construction activities and subcontractor work.
Manage trade sequencing, site logistics, material readiness, and access requirements.
Monitor work against drawings, specifications, and project safety and quality requirements.
Identify field conflicts and coordinate resolution with project managers and designers.
Maintain daily logs, progress records, and documentation of outstanding issues.
Coordinate inspections, corrective work, punch lists, and project turnover.
Relevant Experience
Candidates should bring demonstrated field leadership on industrial or complex commercial projects, strong drawing interpretation skills, and experience coordinating multiple trades. Reliable documentation, professional communication, and sound judgment are important.
