J.L. Powers Staffing welcomes construction project managers experienced in industrial facilities, advanced manufacturing, and technical installation projects. These assignments require close coordination between construction, engineering, and operations to keep facility readiness aligned with business objectives.
Typical Responsibilities
Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and contractor scopes.
Coordinate construction sequencing with utility readiness and equipment installation.
Manage procurement dependencies, contractor commitments, and change documentation.
Resolve field issues with engineering, construction, and operations teams.
Track progress through inspections, commissioning, and turnover.
Give leadership timely reports on project risks, costs, and decisions requiring attention.
Relevant Experience
Relevant backgrounds include industrial construction, semiconductor facilities, manufacturing expansions, and complex building systems. Candidates should be comfortable interpreting drawings, coordinating technical trades, and managing costs and schedules. Experience with process utilities or equipment installation is valuable for applicable assignments.
