J.L. Powers Staffing welcomes experienced project managers with backgrounds in data centers and other critical facilities. This role calls for someone who can coordinate complex technical work, manage competing priorities, and give leadership a clear picture of project performance.
Typical Responsibilities
Manage scope, budgets, schedules, and changes from planning through project turnover.
Coordinate owners, designers, contractors, equipment suppliers, and commissioning teams.
Identify procurement delays, construction conflicts, and other risks before they affect key milestones.
Lead progress meetings and maintain clear records of decisions and outstanding actions.
Prepare executive updates covering cost exposure, schedule performance, and recommended corrective action.
Relevant Experience
Successful candidates will bring experience managing data center or similarly complex construction projects, with an understanding of electrical and mechanical infrastructure, commissioning, and project controls. Strong communication, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through are essential.
