These roles help engineering and construction teams work from current information, trace revisions, and maintain complete records for reviews and turnover.
Typical Responsibilities
Maintain document registers, revision histories, and controlled distribution.
Track submissions, reviews, approvals, and overdue actions.
Apply document naming, filing, and access conventions consistently.
Coordinate document requests with engineers, contractors, and project managers.
Identify missing, inconsistent, or superseded information.
Assemble organized project records and turnover packages.
Relevant Experience
Candidates should have experience managing engineering, construction, or other controlled technical documentation. Attention to detail, familiarity with document management systems, and the ability to coordinate across teams are essential.
Experience supporting industrial facilities, infrastructure, or major capital projects is relevant.
